Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our business growth in new and existing markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales revenue, partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent, and mentoring employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.

This role is perfect for a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales revenue in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotech Engineering
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout India
