As a Business Development Executive at Affinco Solutions P LTD, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our organization's presence in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Sales Enablement: Generate new leads, convert them into sales, and prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build contacts.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Track and report business development activities and results.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and networking abilities, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of market research and data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Result-oriented, driven to succeed, time management and organizational skills, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
