Business Development Executive

At Affinco solutions P LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Research Potential Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Generate New Leads and Convert Them into Sales: Generate new leads through networking, attending industry events, and utilizing CRM software to convert them into sales.
  • Prepare and Deliver Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase our company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Negotiate and Close Business Deals: Negotiate and close business deals with clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Attend Industry Events: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build contacts and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Track and Report Business Development Activities: Track and report business development activities and results to the management team.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through regular communication and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Contribute to Marketing Materials and Strategies: Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote our company's products and services.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrated Track Record: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong Negotiation and Networking Abilities: Strong negotiation and networking abilities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office to manage client relationships and sales data.
