Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Matrix HR Technologies. This role will be responsible for identifying and securing prime locations for our retail franchise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and site selection to identify prime locations for our retail franchise.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and property developers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Work closely with our retail and sales teams to ensure seamless site selection and lease negotiation processes.
  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities with multiple landlords.
  • Manage external real estate resources to locate and evaluate potential sites.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive rent reductions, lease renewals, and terminations.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and forms related to rent and lease agreements.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports for properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property developers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate, franchise development, and business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
