Job Title: Sales Manager

Oorja Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing connections and business relations to generate leads, and managing and maintaining sales/client databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Establish connections and business relations to generate leads.
  • Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory/Area.
  • Visit industries and project sites to update market/project status.
  • Approach new businesses with proposals.
  • Manage and maintain sales/client databases.
  • Establish and maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and make cold calls for new business leads and close them.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in field sales in instrumentation/industrial products/machinery/equipment or related industrial products.
  • Prior experience in the same will be an added advantage.
  • A degree in instrumentation/mechanical engineering will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and convincing abilities.
