Oorja Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing connections and business relations to generate leads, and managing and maintaining sales/client databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Establish connections and business relations to generate leads.
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory/Area.
- Visit industries and project sites to update market/project status.
- Approach new businesses with proposals.
- Manage and maintain sales/client databases.
- Establish and maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and make cold calls for new business leads and close them.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in field sales in instrumentation/industrial products/machinery/equipment or related industrial products.
- Prior experience in the same will be an added advantage.
- A degree in instrumentation/mechanical engineering will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills and convincing abilities.
