As a Sales Executive at Naukripay, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing the sales department and ensuring its profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

Setting Sales Goals: You will help the business meet and exceed its sales targets by creating strategies to stay on track and motivating your team to achieve these goals.

Building Relationships: As the primary point of contact between the business and its customers, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Sales Performance Analysis: You will analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement.

Networking and Events: You will attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to establish personal networks and stay updated on industry trends.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. You should have a deep understanding of Naukripay's offerings and a keen ability to close deals.
