Business Development Role Overview

At Affinco Solutions P LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Identification and Research: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Generation and Conversion: Generate new leads and convert them into sales by preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion and growth.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate and close business deals by leveraging your negotiation and communication skills.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge and Networking: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities by attending industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by tracking and reporting business development activities and results.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients by addressing their needs and concerns.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and Networking Abilities: Strong negotiation and networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office to manage client relationships and data analysis.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market Research and Data Analysis: Understanding of market research and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with good problem-solving skills to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Travel and Time Management: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
