Affinco Solutions P LTD is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion.
Salary Range₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales using CRM software and MS Office tools
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing your negotiation and communication skills
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion, utilizing industry trends and data analysis to inform decision-making
- Negotiate and close business deals, leveraging your problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities, attending networking events and conferences to build contacts and expand your network
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating your time management and organizational skills
- Track and report business development activities and results, providing valuable insights to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of achievements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities, with an understanding of market research and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strategic mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results-oriented performance
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation, organizational skills, business development, CRM software, client management, problem-solving, industry trends, sales strategies, sales targets, time management, networking, market research, data analysis, relationship building, presentation delivery, negotiation, sales, communication, and MS Office.
