CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



We're seeking a Territory Business Manager to analyze and prepare working plans for their territory, based on data and market research. Key responsibilities include:





  • Follow up, monitor, and achieve targets for the territory

  • Implement and execute strategies to drive growth

  • Engage with stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions

  • Ensure discipline and punctuality in multiple internal processes

  • Develop basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email exchanges

  • Stay adaptable to market changes and learn quickly

  • Communicate effectively in English and local languages

  • Deliver effective in-clinic performances and explain anatomy, physiology, and product portfolios

  • Organize camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs

  • Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors

  • Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per business plan



REQUIREMENTS:



We're looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience, or freshers with strong communication and analytical skills.
