Sales and Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Director to join our team at Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product categories and achieving sales targets in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share for fertilizer products
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
* Oversee category management, ensuring optimal product placement and pricing strategies
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals
* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in fertilizer sales or category management at the Zonal or National level
* Strong industry connections within the FMCG sector
* Proven track record of managing product categories and achieving sales targets
* Excellent negotiation skills and vendor management abilities
