CORPORATE STRATEGY EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Strategy Executive to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in risk management, credit risk assessment, and compliance and governance to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy, with a strong background in risk management and credit appraisal. If you are passionate about building a healthy loan book and driving business success, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
