About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients, leading a high-performance sales team.

The role demands strong knowledge of group insurance (Health, Life, GPA) and solution-based selling in a highly competitive market.

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
  • Pursue and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
  • Closely coordinate with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales
  • Minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields
  • IRDA certifications preferred

Essential Skills:

  • Deep understanding of group insurance products
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
