Job Title:

Learning Development Professional

The Learning Development Professional will report to the L&D lead based in the APAC region. This role will support the global L&D implementation and facilitate learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support needs analysis to create an appropriate learning experience and close performance skill gaps.
  • Maintain learning solutions for diverse learners, including instructor-led training, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, and performance support.
  • Facilitate pre- and post-training administration for L&D, including monitoring attendance data and curating dashboards for training feedback.
  • Manage the corporate LMS system and administer the performance management cycle, including training HR Business Partners.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, hire, and retain talents.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in administering on-demand eLearning and performance support.
  • Proficiency in coordinating activities and ensuring smooth delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a global team across different time zones and manage one's time effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and partnership focus, with proven ability to build relationships, trust, and rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team with a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability.
