Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities

  • Design and execute the Training, People Development and Talent Management strategy for the Organization.
  • Create a culture of Learning and Development in the Organization partnering with the Leadership and other stake holders
  • Ensure robust Development Action Planning for the teams including Managerial Life cycle development roadmap and specific need based interventions.
  • Partnering with premier educational institutions for Leadership learning programs
  • Working with the CHRO and business heads on development of succession plans for key roles
  • Focus on functional and behavioral skill development aligned to the competency framework of the organization.
  • Creating the Instructional Design for various interventions using relevant instructional tools like simulations, case studies, etc. for specific interventions
  • Build relationships with Training vendors and partner with them to ensure high quality program aligned to the training needs
  • Effectively conducting and delivering training with the support of various learning technologies/ mediums.
  • Drive the organizations talent review process to arrive at action plans to bridge gaps and develop talent.
  • Design and develop a robust onboarding and induction process for the first 90 days across all levels of hires.
  • Manage the Management Trainee program, insurance trainees and other fresh campus hires onboarding and training process.
