Job Description:

Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey as an Account Manager in India? This role is at the forefront of business success, requiring a unique blend of interpersonal finesse, analytical rigor, and industry expertise.

 

Role Summary:

As an Account Manager, your multifaceted responsibilities will encompass:

  • New Client Acquisition: Conduct pre-sales research, identify high potential customers, and create effective virtual/in-person demos to pitch recruitment solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build trust through regular communication, develop in-depth understanding of each client's business, and proactively identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation Handling: Address client queries efficiently, ensure timely resolutions, escalate issues to internal stakeholders, and track complaint patterns for process improvements.
  • Account Ownership, Penetration, Growth and Retention: Client Onboarding, cross-selling/upselling opportunities, prepare value-added proposals, monitor renewal cycles, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This dynamic role requires:

  • High emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with people across backgrounds and organizational hierarchy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, fluency in English, and one or more Indian languages.
  • Technical savviness, understanding of digital platforms, industry-specific software, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong analytical thinking for interpreting client data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
  • A persevering, persuasive attitude, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
  • Combination of financial, analytical, and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel when required.
  • Masters or Bachelors degree, or equivalent Diploma in any field; 2+ years in on-field account management, sales, or customer service desirable.
