About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consistently hitting targets, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Buiding strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding targets and performance metrics.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and MIS.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in Business Development and Client Handling over calls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
