Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BUILDING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach and Meetings: Conduct regular outreach and in-person meetings with builders to present opportunities.
  • Mandate Pitching and Conversions: Pitch mandates to potential builders and convert opportunities into agreements.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with builders, clients, and partners.
  • CRM and Follow-up Discipline: Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Referral Network: Leverage your network and collaborate with channel partners, architects, and ex-builders for referrals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years in builder-facing sales onboarding roles within mandate firms, CP firms, or IPC.
  • Builder Connects: Ability to connect and establish meetings with 300 builders in Pune over 1 year.
  • Mandate Pitching: Experience in explaining mandate pitches, pricing grids, and exclusivity models.
  • Languages: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Skills: Basic PowerPoint proficiency, CRM usage, and WhatsApp Business handling.
