Job Title: IT Relationship Builder
Key Account Management Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to build, retain, and grow our IT services/staffing accounts.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to own key accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will be responsible for translating client goals into delivery plans, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Own key accounts, farming, selective hunting, upselling, cross-selling, and new logo acquisition
- Manage Statement of Work (SOWs)/Master Service Agreements (MSAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand, improve time-to-fill, and optimize recruitment processes
- Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; identify risks and drive resolutions
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure, and working knowledge of SDLC/Agile
Nice to Have:
- Managed Service Provider/Vendor Management System (MSP/VMS) experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
