Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing key relationships with partners and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners across the mutual fund industry.
  • Business Development: Work closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Support: Provide proactive sales support to partners, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting and CRM: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and business pipeline in CRM systems, providing regular reports on partner activity.
Requirements:
  • A degree in finance, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in mutual fund, AMC, distribution business, or financial services is essential.
  • Previous experience in B2B partner management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages are necessary.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to influence and persuade others is critical.
  • Follow-up skills are also crucial.
