The role of Account Manager involves nurturing and growing relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and drive long-term success through strategic account planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with key accounts, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, developing a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within assigned accounts.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
