Marketing & Channel Partner team in Hyderabad
.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking 
dynamic professionals
 across marketing and channel partner functions who are ready to take on exciting challenges in real estate. Whether you are a seasoned marketing executive or an experienced channel partner professional, this is an opportunity to work on large-scale residential and villa projects, build strong networks, and accelerate your career growth.

Openings Include:

  • Channel Partner Professionals
     – individuals who have worked closely with brokers, dealers, and agents to drive site visits and sales. Real estate background preferred.
  • Marketing Executives / Managers
     – professionals with 4–10 years of experience in marketing (preferably real estate), who can drive campaigns, handle events, and deliver on performance goals.
  • Sales & Marketing Leaders
     – people with proven ability to manage teams, channel networks, and achieve business targets in competitive markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

While responsibilities will vary based on the specific role, the broad expectations include:

  • Driving 
    marketing campaigns
     for residential & villa projects in Hyderabad.
  • Building and nurturing 
    channel partner relationships
     to generate site visits and conversions.
  • Planning and executing 
    events, activations, and digital campaigns
     to attract quality leads.
  • Coordinating with project teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
  • Driving 
    sales enablement
     by ensuring visibility, brand positioning, and partner engagement.
  • Delivering 
    consistent results
     in terms of qualified leads, site visits, and bookings.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of relevant experience in 
    real estate marketing
     or 
    channel partner management
    .
  • An 
    MBA or equivalent qualification
     in Marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • A performance-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Local knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market will be an added advantage.
