We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow (SNOW) UI Builder Developer to create intuitive user experiences for the workflow automation solution in a Yokohama-based greenfield project. You'll design custom portals and workspaces for Concept to Market processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom user interfaces, portals, and workspaces using UI Builder.
  • Create responsive, visually appealing UIs with client-side logic and interactions.
  • Integrate UI components with backend workflows, data models, and AI features.
  • Ensure efficient, intuitive experiences aligned with business needs and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and AI SMEs on UI requirements.
  • Gather user feedback and iterate on designs for optimization.
  • Mentor on UI best practices and Yokohama UI enhancements.
  • Document components and contribute to design guidelines.
  • Support testing and deployment.
  • Optimize UI for performance and mobile compatibility.
  • Incorporate AI-driven UI elements (e.g., via Now Assist).
  • Lead UI workshops and reviews.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • 8+ years with ServiceNow UI Builder and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Expertise in component-based UI development; portfolio required.
  • Familiarity with Yokohama release and AI in UIs.
  • Excellent design eye and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Design.
  • Experience with Agile and collaboration tools.
  • ServiceNow UI-related certifications a plus.
  • Remote/hybrid role.
