About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing real estate team in Hyderabad. If you are passionate about sales, client interaction, and want to build a career in one of India's fastest-growing real estate markets, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound real estate leads effectively
- Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers
- Fix and conduct site visits with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months' experience in real estate sales or customer engagement
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation & deal-closing ability
- Goal-oriented with a passion for growth and achievement
