Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business development leader to spearhead the growth of our unsecured business loan portfolio through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and manage high-performing sales teams within designated clusters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive the adoption of unsecured business loan products among DSAs and their customers.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals and DSAs, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance expectations.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire potential business clients through strategic partnerships with DSAs, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial assessments of potential clients to recommend tailored loan solutions that align with their business needs and capabilities.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and drive the performance of DSAs and sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition within the cluster's area to inform business decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide detailed reports on sales activities, team and DSA performance, and market insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
