Role: Business Loan Operations – Unsecured Loans
Location: Bangalore (must be based here)
Minimum Experience: 3+ years (mandatory)
What We're Looking For:
1. Extensive hands-on experience in Unsecured Business Loans operations (NBFCs & Banks)
2. Demonstrated expertise in loan processing & documentation
3. Solid understanding of credit underwriting in business loans (additional advantage)
4. Previous exposure to working with/for a DSA setup (big plus)
5. Ability to coordinate seamlessly across stakeholders while maintaining high accuracy and quick turnaround
6. Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong sense of ownership
