Job Summary Support the Secondary Loan Trading business by ensuring that all loan servicing activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner Key Responsibilities Strategy Chase and follow up on Agents to ensure that all loans notices are received and processed Ensure that secondary loans are servicing in an accurate and timely manner Work with Loan Closer to ensure that LoanIQ properly reflects the positions per agent notices Work with settlement and investigation team on Nostro and Suspense items for loan Business FM Secondary Loan Trading Global Banking Private Traded Credit Processes FM Loan Servicing Team mailbox management and MIS around query management Investigation of recon breaks and subsequent casing in TLM systems Maker Checker adherence of controls part of processing Team mailbox management and MIS around query management People Talent Develop and strength the team s capability loan market APLMA LMA and LSTA practices Risk Management Understand and adhere to the FM Ops Risk Framework Keep Department Operating Instructions updated and ensure teams are working in line with DOIs Ensure adherence to all mandated checklists Governance Embed the Group s values and code of conduct Support to develop a robust culture to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies processes and regulations Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association or equivalent Key stakeholders Front Office -
