As a Sales Performance Manager at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective distributor engagement and relationship-building.

2. Distributor Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors to enhance our market presence and reach.

3. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize business operations and improve efficiency.

4. Training and Development: Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver programs that enhance the skills of our sales team and distributors.

5. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in the solar or power backup industry, preferably with a strong background in sales and business development.

2. Educational Qualifications: Graduate/MBA from a reputable institution.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

4. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve exceptional results.

5. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to inform business decisions.
