Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad, Haryana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales of distributors through training and meeting with customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Contact and meet with retail shops, dealers, and distributors to inform them about Loom Solar products and offerings.
  2. Cold call prospective customers and dealers to identify sales opportunities.
  3. Generate leads for dealer networks to increase sales.
  4. Negotiate with dealers to sell our products at competitive prices.
  5. Prepare quotations and share them with dealers for their order requirements.
  6. Keep records and update all visits in our sales application.
  7. Respond promptly to dealer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
  8. Ensure Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel compared to competitors.
  9. Monitor distributor and dealer stock movements and secondary sales.
  10. Conduct distributor and dealer meets and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Graduate/MBA candidate with 12 years of experience in the Solar/Power Backup industry.
  • Preference will be given to employees from Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab, and Havells.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi.
  • An attitude to get things done, willing to work for at least 2 years.
  • Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers and distributors.
