About the Role:

• The incumbent will report to the Territory Manager and work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and collection targets, ensuring timely payment from customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.

• Identify and explore new market segments, developing new areas for business growth.

• Provide market infrastructure, stay in regular touch with customers, and ensure effective distribution network.

• Conduct SWOT analysis of the market and distributors, updating product knowledge and learning new skills.

• Motivate distributors and sales teams for better market coverage, achieving desired goals.

• Regularly review performance with distributors and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Graduate or PG in any field, with a proven track record in sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong sales pitching skills, with the ability to deliver sales and collections under pressure.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
