  • Monitor campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts—introducing new services or retainer scopes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of account management experience in a digital agency.

  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes clients and complex campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, performance media, and influencer strategy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing polish.
