**Job Title:** Key Account ManagerAs a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability by formulating customer-centric strategies and deploying resources effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for charting out sales and marketing strategies for their respective territory, contributing towards enhancing business volumes and growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing operation initiatives that create positive experiences for clients.
  • Identify and meet key influencers, such as architects, contractors, and builders, to present solutions.
  • Secure high-value accounts through consultative selling and effective customer service.
  • Build and cultivate long-term quality relationships with major key accounts by addressing needs and providing superior customer service.
  • Actively involve in event marketing, sales, and brand promotion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills. With 3-6 years of institutional/project/solution selling experience in a highly sales-oriented organization, the candidate should have relevant experience in building materials preferred. A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree would be an advantage, but individuals with good sales experience can also apply.

Sales forecasting and KRA development for daily, monthly, and yearly sales target accomplishment are essential tasks.
