As a client servicing professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with clients.
- Manage client accounts to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful client projects and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance.
Key responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strong relationships.
