
Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Management Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Your primary goal will be to understand the unique needs of each assigned account and develop solutions to meet those needs.
This will involve collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and implement new features.
You will also be responsible for educating clients on how to use our platform effectively and conducting quarterly business reviews to drive growth and increase the lifetime value of our accounts.
Key qualities we are looking for in a candidate include excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to experiment and optimize.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and ad operations is a plus.
