We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve their financial goals.
- Conduct daily sales calls with prospective new clients to understand their requirements and goals.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs and increase assets under management (AUM) and assets under administration (AUA).
- Review and diversify existing client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Update clients on market trends and cross-sell relevant products.
- Attend regular trainings to stay updated on all schemes, products, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will possess:
- Detailed knowledge of life insurance, general insurance, fixed income, mutual funds, and other related products.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and investment advisory principles.
- Excellent socializing and relation-building skills, with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and logical abilities, with ability to analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets, with good emotional stability and conscientiousness.
