Proactive Referral Program Manager for Livspace

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our referral program initiatives at Livspace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving referrals among all Business Managers (BMs), conducting audits, disbursing referral rewards, designing sales schemes, and enhancing repeat referrals from past referrers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive input efforts for referrals among all BMs, ensuring regular touchpoints and engagement.
- Conduct audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis.
- Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.
- Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the organization.
- E nsure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.
- Drive an average of 3.5 referrals per adopted BM and 2.5 referrals per other BM.
- Achieve 100% monthly overall targets per adopted BM.
- Meet cohort referral targets for other BMs to drive program success.
The Ideal Candidate:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience in driving sales numbers is preferred. A proven track record of managing referral programs or sales initiatives is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with stakeholders effectively.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Other benefits include a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive compensation package.
