Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our referral program initiatives at Livspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to generate new referral leads, driving input efforts among Business Managers, conducting regular audits, and disbursing referral rewards.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with existing customers to generate new referral leads.
- Qualifying referred customers as prospective clients.
- Driving input efforts among all Business Managers to ensure regular engagement and referrals.
- Conducting regular audits and managing referral reward disbursements.
- Enhancing repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.
- Implementing a structured approach to drive referral generation across the Experience Center.
- Maintaining 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.

- A proven sales background in generating referral business.
- The ability to influence people to achieve results.
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Benefits
This role offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$90,000, depending on location and experience.
