Role Summary:

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Bid Tender Proposal Management professional located in Bhubaneswar, with some work-from-home flexibility.

About the Role

The Analyst will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, handling Request for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing data for proposal development, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Daily Responsibilities include Identifying bid opportunities, Developing proposal content, Coordinating with various teams to submit competitive bids.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Meeting project deadlines;
  2. Delivering high-quality proposal documents;
  3. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent Analytical Skills and experience working with RFPs, Proposal Management and Proposal Writing skills, Excellent Communication abilities, Proficiency in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required. Experience in the public sector or consulting is advantageous.

Working Arrangements:

This role offers a full-time hybrid arrangement, allowing for a balance between office-based and remote work.
