Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Analyst to join our EPC division. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring full compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

The role requires a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, development of detailed techno-commercial proposals, and coordination with internal teams to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Indian and international EPC tendering processes, including contract management and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EoIs, NITs) for solar EPC projects and develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
  • Prepare and submit detailed techno-commercial proposals within strict deadlines, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and drive project success.
  • Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimations, and pricing strategies that meet client needs and maximize business potential.
  • Maintain compliance with all tender guidelines, contractual terms, and regulatory standards, minimizing risk and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Monitor key tender portals and manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and tender-related correspondence to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze win/loss performance, track competitor activity, and maintain a comprehensive database of submitted tenders to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil), Commerce, or Management.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in tendering, contracts, or EPC projects (preferably in solar/renewable energy).
  • Solid analytical, commercial, and cost estimation skills, with ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portal operations, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
