Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Loan Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to drive the growth of our commercial vehicle loan business. As a Commercial Vehicle Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing expert advice on commercial vehicle loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for commercial vehicle loans.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance to clients on commercial vehicle loan products and services.
  • Process and manage loan applications from initial submission to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities that align with client needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to ensure competitive and relevant solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for loan disbursements and client acquisition.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential risks associated with existing loans, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing concerns and queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure all loan processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA is advantageous).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in commercial lending or vehicle equipment financing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial loan products, including commercial vehicle loans and equipment financing.
  • Ability to assess risk and make informed financial decisions.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with loan processing systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients.
