Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Agreements Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting of commercial agreements: Create and review contracts for various business entities, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and product purchase agreements.
  • Contract Negotiation and Execution: Review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts with stakeholders.
  • Clause Summaries: Prepare concise summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts.
  • Advisory Services: Provide guidance to the business, finance, and operations teams on executed agreements.
  • Documentation Management: Execute documentation for renewal, variation, and closure of existing business relationships.
  • Research and Note-taking: Conduct research and prepare notes on legal points forming part of business transactions.
  • Contract Records: Maintain accurate contract records and metrics.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Agreement Expertise: In-depth knowledge of commercial agreements and contract law.
