**Job Title:** Fleet Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending department, you will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers and Loan Officers to achieve targets for commercial vehicle and equipment loans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, with a proven track record of leadership experience in managing sales or operations teams. You will also have in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle loans, equipment financing, and other related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Loan Officers to achieve targets for commercial vehicle and equipment loans
  • Develop strategies to increase the loan portfolio for commercial vehicles and equipment targeting new markets and clients
  • Sales Target Management: Set and achieve sales targets for loan disbursement and new client acquisition

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in commercial lending specifically in vehicle or equipment financing
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a sales or operations team
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle loans, equipment financing, and other related products
