As a key player in our procurement process, you will be responsible for drafting and executing technical and commercial bid documents according to specifications. This role requires effective handling of digital signature registrations and catalog uploads on the Government E-Market (GeM) portal.

  • You will coordinate tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews, ensuring seamless execution of bids.
  • Liaising with vendors, clients, and government bodies is crucial to your success in this position.
  • Your focus should be on tracking and following up on pending payments, recovering outstanding dues, and streamlining workflows to reduce tender turnaround time.
  • Achieving 100% compliance in all bid submissions is essential to maintaining our high standards.
