Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and reliable delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast material and product requirements based on project or production needs.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure favorable terms and cost savings for the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- At least 25 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
