Procurement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing procurement activities with high precision and efficiency. This involves managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyzing quotations, and sourcing vendors with expertise in procurement lifecycle management.

You will maintain accurate procurement records, track PO lifecycles, and ensure compliance with audit and documentation standards. Additionally, you will oversee asset movement, support the implementation of asset tracking tools, and contribute to vendor data management.

Key deliverables include developing a strong understanding of our procurement policies, tools, and vendor ecosystem, as well as independently managing end-to-end procurement for routine categories.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Any certification or coursework in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management is highly desirable.

With 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, you will have a proven track record in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and inventory tracking. Key skills required include proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and procurement software, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and an organized, dependable, and detail-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
