Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to spearhead the commercial and contractual aspects of our IT spend category.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and procurement, with significant experience in managing end-to-end commercial and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining successful relationships with suppliers, peers, and internal business partners, as well as ensuring proper spend categorization and leading strategic/tactical projects.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing senior stakeholders, establishing relationships, advising internal business partners on procurement processes, and executing RFP/RFQ processes for assigned categories.

A strong understanding of procurement tools, including Ariba, Ivalua, PeopleSoft, and electronic procurement platforms, is essential for this role.

In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex procurement concepts and negotiate effectively with suppliers.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
  • Significant experience in procurement/sourcing and contracting for Cloud Services
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience with electronic procurement tools (Ariba, Ivalua, PeopleSoft, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Source/Procure-to-Pay processes and tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
