Procurement & Tendering Executive – Electronics / Electrical

Location: Surat

Experience: 2+ years

We're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Tendering Executive with a background in Electronics / Electrical / Networking to manage vendor coordination, government & corporate tenders, and purchase operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, technical coordination, and the ability to handle tendering processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze government & corporate tender opportunities (GeM, PSU portals, etc.)
  • Manage vendor negotiations, sourcing, and coordination to build competitive bids
  • Prepare tender documentation and costing with accuracy and clarity
  • Review tender specifications (RFPs/RFQs) and align with technical/financial requirements
  • Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, finance, and legal teams for proposal submissions
  • Handle online bid submissions, maintain detailed BOQs, and ensure compliance
  • Follow up post-submission, negotiate as required, and ensure deal closure
  • Guide and support the junior tendering team when needed
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants

What You'll Need

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or E&C preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or tendering roles
  • Strong in vendor negotiation, documentation, and internal coordination
  • Comfortable with GeM / PSU portals or ready to learn quickly
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
