About the Role
The DIGITAL SALES AND CUSTOMER ADVOCATE will be responsible for driving revenue growth through existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the logistics and supply chain digitization space. This role requires a deep understanding of Elixia Tech's products and solutions, as well as excellent relationship-building and analytical skills.

**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze customer segments and target markets to identify new sources of revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Requirements:**
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer success roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer success within the logistics/supply chain industry is highly preferred.

**Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
