Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing channel partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the channel ecosystem to expand market presence.
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Ensure that channel partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
  • Foster channel partner growth by identifying new opportunities and ways to increase sales volume.
  • Support and guide sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales quotas.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maximize sales potential.
Training & Mentorship:
  • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to drive performance.
  • Help develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills of sales representatives and improve overall team effectiveness.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report on sales progress to senior leadership.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track partner activity and sales outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any stream (MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred).
  • Proven experience in channel sales or a related field, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing channel partnerships and navigating complex sales environments.
