Job Title: Retail Head
">About the Role:
The State Head oversees overall business strategy across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels. This role requires seasoned leader who can manage regional sales, business development, and channel partner operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage state-level profit and loss statement and steer business strategy
- Supervise regional sales, business development, and channel partner operations
- Develop store expansion plans for urban and rural markets in West Bengal
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, operations, logistics, and support staff
- Enhance market presence through growth opportunities and trade partnerships
- Monitor operational efficiency, supply chain, and inventory management
- Align with national business goals and brand guidelines
- Report performance metrics and improvement areas to leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a State Head or retail head in retail industry
- Deep understanding of electronics retail market in West Bengal
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen
- Good knowledge of profit and loss management and business development
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
