North America Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales professional to join our team as a North America Sales Development Manager, responsible for driving business growth in the SAARC territory.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software solution industry, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to large organizations. They will be able to work independently, think outside the box, and have excellent organization skills. The candidate should also have a good understanding of network solutions, such as IP Management and DNS/DHCP servers.
The successful candidate will be located in New Delhi and will be responsible for developing tactical deals in the short term that will form the basis for an enterprise-wide relationship in the medium/long term. They will need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to use a CRM/Sales Force Automation system. The salary for this role is estimated to be around ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum.
About the Role:
- Drive sales growth in the SAARC territory through effective customer engagement and relationships building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key players in the targeted GSI space.
- Coordinate with headquarters to send regular reports and follow established policies and processes.
